Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, purchasing, accessing, or participating in services provided by Crystal Vida Health, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

Crystal Vida Health provides services including, but not limited to:

• Nutritional Medicine Consultations
• Personal Training
• VIDA Coaching
• The VIDA Method
• Online Programs
• Discovery Calls
• Educational resources and digital content

All services are educational, coaching, and supportive in nature and are not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their health history, medical conditions, injuries, medications, supplements, pregnancy status, and any other information relevant to their participation.

Clients agree to inform Crystal Vida Health of any significant changes to their health status that may affect their participation in services.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Information, recommendations, resources, and services provided by Crystal Vida Health are educational in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Clients should seek advice from their doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner regarding any medical concerns and before making significant changes to diet, exercise, supplementation, or lifestyle practices.

5. Exercise Participation

Participation in exercise and physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, illness, injury, and, in rare cases, serious injury.

Clients acknowledge these risks and voluntarily participate in exercise-related services.

Clients are responsible for obtaining medical clearance where appropriate and agree to immediately inform Crystal Vida Health of any pain, discomfort, dizziness, injury, or unusual symptoms experienced during participation.

6. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary.

Crystal Vida Health makes no guarantee regarding specific health, fitness, weight loss, body composition, performance, strength, or wellbeing outcomes.

Results are influenced by numerous factors, including client adherence, consistency, health status, lifestyle factors, and individual circumstances.

7. Fees & Payment

All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Crystal Vida Health reserves the right to amend pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect appointments or services already purchased.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure appointment times remain available for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or missed without notice, will incur the full consultation or session fee.

If a client arrives late, the appointment will still conclude at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients.

9. Refund Policy

Consultation fees are non-refundable once a consultation or service has been provided.

Refunds are not available for completed services, missed appointments, partially used coaching programs, or digital products once access has been granted, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

10. VIDA Coaching, The VIDA Method & Online Programs

Clients are responsible for implementing the recommendations, strategies, and resources provided.

Coaching support is intended to guide and educate clients but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

Program access is provided for the sole use of the purchaser and must not be copied, shared, distributed, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

11. Communication

Communication between appointments may occur via email, messaging platforms, or other agreed methods.

Crystal Vida Health will make reasonable efforts to respond in a timely manner; however, response times may vary.

Services do not include emergency support.

Clients experiencing a medical emergency should contact emergency services or their healthcare provider immediately.

 

12. Coaching Communication & Support

VIDA Coaching may include communication and support between scheduled appointments via agreed communication channels.

Communication support is intended for accountability, guidance, and general coaching purposes and does not constitute emergency support or ongoing clinical care.

Crystal Vida Health will make reasonable efforts to respond within 1–2 business days; however, responses may take longer during weekends, public holidays, periods of leave, or unforeseen circumstances.

Clients acknowledge that messaging support should not be used for urgent medical concerns or emergencies.

Crystal Vida Health reserves the right to establish and maintain reasonable communication boundaries to ensure services remain sustainable and equitable for all clients.

13. Discovery Calls

Discovery Calls are provided for informational purposes only and are intended to help determine whether services offered by Crystal Vida Health are suitable for the individual.

Participation in a Discovery Call does not establish a practitioner-client relationship.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, resources, programs, educational materials, training plans, documents, graphics, branding, and intellectual property created by Crystal Vida Health remain the property of Crystal Vida Health.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or shared without prior written consent.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crystal Vida Health shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim, cost, or expense arising directly or indirectly from participation in services provided.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

16. Privacy

Personal and health information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with the Crystal Vida Health Privacy Policy.

17. Termination of Services

Crystal Vida Health reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services where appropriate, including where a client behaves in a manner that is unsafe, abusive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with professional boundaries.

18. Changes to Terms

Crystal Vida Health reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The most current version will be available via the Crystal Vida Health website.
