Cancellation Policy
To ensure appointment times remain available for all clients, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or missed without notice, will incur the full consultation fee. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Your appointment will still conclude at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients. Thank you for your understanding and respect for the time reserved for your appointment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
